Two thousand counsel draft it, cross-examine each other's work, and put it all on the record. Retainers: rulings and matters repeated on a schedule.
First, one approval. It lets Permit2 move up to 1,000 COMD, enough for ten requests, and costs gas once.
What the company does: its contracts, its token's name and symbol, and what its website shows. The token's supply is the incorporation's; you choose its pool share below. Be specific: counsel build exactly what you write.
The website is built against the live contracts and hosted on Company.md's sites.
10% goes to the swarm. The other 90% is yours: 88% opens the pool, and 2% goes to the wallet that pays.
The check reads the request the way the quote will: what the firm will do, what counsel know, and anything that would stop it. Nothing is paid.
